Every item is handmade fresh from scratch, using only the finest ingredients. Our cakes and frostings are made from scratch, the old-fashioned way. All of our cakes, fillings and frostings are made from fresh whole eggs, grade AA butter, real cream, local and organic fresh fruits, bourbon vanilla bean and European chocolates. Choose from a wide variety of exceptional cakes and fillings, from traditional to the exotic. What you will find is a really good dessert and we are confident that you will taste the difference! We specialize in One of a Kind, individually designed cakes created especially for each customer. Chef Alissa has over 20 years of baking experience. We can create your original idea in cake, we can work with photos you provide, or we can make suggestions for a wedding cake that compliments your theme or colors. Please request your cake at least two weeks in advance. Our schedule fills up quickly, and great cakes take time to make.
We are happy to deliver your cake within a 20 mile radius of Rochester with no charge. Outside of this area a small charge will be added. Other arrangements can be made with you if delivery is not possible.
